OATMEAL 2.0

  Oatmeal is a very humble food.  The word porridge does not exactly inspire gustatory ovations.

However, oatmeal is a great source of fiber, lowers your cholesterol, helps reduce your blood sugar, makes you feel full, and reduces your chance of many nasty conditions including heart disease and cancer. Hurray for Quaker!  And if you have some extra time and you really want to upgrade your experience, go for steel cut oats.  They have even more fiber and are rich in healthy minerals, vitamins and fats.
